Patty Azimi
Senior Marketing Technology Manager, Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP

Patty has more than 12 years of professional services experience, and manages the implementation, integration, and execution of the firm’s marketing technology tools. She currently oversees the email marketing platform, website content management system, proposal tool, and CRM and ERM systems. She provides innovative solutions for the daily needs of the marketing and business development department and uses technology to create more efficient and productive workflows. She most recently served on the 2019 ILTACON planning committee and was the 2018 ILTA Women in Technology Scholarship recipient.

Monique Ziezold
National Manager, InterAction Strategy & BD Support, Miller Thomson LLP, Toronto, Canada

With over 20 years in legal—14 of those working with InterAction—she has been involved with not one but two law firms’ CASL compliance projects. One aspect of her current role is to develop, advise, implement, and act as a compliance ambassador for best practices to ensure CASL compliance is accurate and auditable, and consent records are maintained and kept dynamically updated.

Duane Eddy
Client Engagement Manager, InterAction

Duane Eddy has worked in the CRM market for over 20 years. For the first 15 years, he was focused on providing technical consulting services with LexisNexis InterAction, performing many tasks such as installation, upgrades, report development, customizations, etc. He is a problem solver, using his years of experience and technical knowledge to find creative CRM solutions. As a Client Advisor, he is a CRM ambassador, working to make sure all customers are successful with their CRM implementations. He focuses on helping clients with the CRM strategies, initiatives and, more recently, analytics and reporting, to get the most out of their solutions.

Pamela Tobias
Client Advisor, InterAction

Pam Tobias has more than 15 years of legal marketing experience, with a focus on CRM and other marketing technologies. For the last 15 years, she has focused specifically on LexisNexis InterAction, working with business development, events, communications and other teams to align the database for business planning, key account management and other vital marketing, business development and firm initiatives. She also specializes in repositioning misunderstood (or failed) systems working closely with marketing, business development and IT. As a Client Advisor at LexisNexis, she focuses on helping clients be successful with their marketing and business development strategies and initiatives by integrating technology into growth strategies and everyday business processes.

Mary Olson
Client Advisor, InterAction

With a past as a successful Marketing Technology Manager at two global law firms, Ms. Olson has over 16 years of experience with CRM, eMarketing and other marketing technologies. She was responsible for developing marketing technology strategy, integrating marketing software with other firm systems and processes, and driving firm-wide implementation and user adoption. Additionally, as a Marketing Technology Consultant in the professional services industry for six years, she has assisted firms in choosing and customizing marketing software to best fit the needs of their professionals; revitalizing initiatives and increasing user adoption; and developing best practices for marketing and business development departments. As a Client Advisor at LexisNexis, her focus is helping clients be successful with their marketing strategy and initiatives by integrating technology into growth strategies and everyday business processes.

Dr. David Jacobs

Dr. Jacobs is an experienced Senior Client Advisor with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in business process, customer relationship management (CRM), IT strategy, professional services, and product requirements, and is a strong consulting professional with a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) focused in technology management from Northcentral University.

Loreen Jamieson
Client Advisor, InterAction APAC/EMEA

Loreen's main focus is to provide clients with impartial and objective advice on how to incorporate InterAction into their business. She brings a different perspective on the many challenges of ensuring user adoption and aligning the system to business planning.

She has worked for a large global law firm implementing InterAction across all offices. She has first-hand experience with the organizational changes brought about by introducing a CRM system, along with the expectations that it can present. Loreen worked at all levels to roll out InterAction and manage other marketing and business development projects over 15 years so she has a deep understanding of technical, process, and business issues within a law firm.
