We've leveraged industry-leading Microsoft® Power BI®, so you can view your InterAction data in new ways and produce dynamic reports with key business insights that are consumable and easy to understand.

For InterAction Users
We'll cover the Data Model Template that allows Microsoft® Power BI® to understand and present your InterAction data in meaningful and customized reports and dashboards. And, we'll go through some of the standard reports, including:

  • Opportunities Module – presentation of content from Opportunities module to view by stage, revenue, project type, and practice group
  • Daily Activities – dashboard view of activities by company, type, contact, and originator
  • Historical Activities – summary of past activities viewed by category, originator, count, and more
  • Relationship Map – overview and visualization of the relationships across your InterAction contacts
  • InterAction User Contributions – visual overview of usage across your firm

About the Presenters

Khang Pham, Senior Product Manager, InterAction
Khang Pham currently serves as the Senior Product Manager for InterAction and has been with the LexisNexis team since 2005. As an experienced Product Manager with more than 13 years of working in the information technology and services industry, he is responsible for engaging customers on product needs and overseeing the InterAction product roadmap. Khang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.

Duane Eddy, Client Advisor, InterAction
Duane Eddy has worked in the CRM market for over 20 years. For the first 15 years, he was focused on providing technical consulting services with LexisNexis InterAction, performing many tasks such as installation, upgrades, report development, and customizations. He is a problem solver, using his years of experience and technical knowledge to find creative CRM solutions. As a Client Advisor, he is a CRM ambassador, working to make sure all customers are successful with their CRM implementations. He focuses on helping clients with the CRM strategies, initiatives, and more recently, analytics and reporting, to get the most out of their solutions.
