With the addition of new advanced document management features, users can work and collaborate more efficiently. Smart Budgeting – Matter Budgets

When a client has multiple “single-matter” budgets enabled, appropriate users can set the budget’s priority where applicable as Primary Budget or Secondary Budget.

Document Versioning

Document versioning allows CounselLink documents to be stored and tracked as they are changed. It ensures that users are working with the most recent document and if previous versions are needed, then they, too, can be referenced for changes.

The Document Check Out/Check In feature allows users to control CounselLink documents for editing, ensuring that the file is not altered by another individual while it is checked out.

Installing the Outlook 365 Plugin

The installation file for the Outlook® 365 Plugin can be found on the CounselLink home page. Once downloaded to your local computer, you can install the file through the Manage Add-ins option in Outlook.
