About the Speakers

Elena Cutri
Director, Client Education Services, LexisNexis

Elena is a lifelong learner at heart and an educator by trade. To her, learning is a direct route for people to live intelligent and informed lives. As Director of Education Services for LexisNexis, she partners with clients around the world to guide their software adoption strategy. Elena has spoken at industry events on change management, end user adoption and professional development. She leads a team of professional trainers who create effective and engaging learning for today’s Modern Learner. Outside of work, Elena is an adjunct professor at a Chicago college teaching public speaking and group communication skills. She volunteers as Chair of a 3,000-parent network for a Special Education Resource Group in her community. She leads a Girl Scout troop and teaches work-readiness classes for adults with special needs. She learns the most, though, from her husband and 3 children. Elena holds her MA in Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University and a MBA in Marketing Management from Loyola University.

Andy Laux
Marketing Technology Coordinator, Vorys

Andy Laux leads the marketing technology efforts at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease, LLP. He is responsible for providing strategic direction to firm leadership and the business development department related to marketing technology, including the evaluation, onboarding, implementation, improvement, and user engagement of technology, with a focus on improving client relationship management and business intelligence for the firm. Andy has worked in business development and marketing technology for 15 years, eight in the legal industry.

Duane Eddy
Client Advisor, LexisNexis InterAction

Duane Eddy has worked in the CRM market for over 20 years. For the first 15 years, he was focused on providing technical consulting services with LexisNexis InterAction, performing many tasks such as installation, upgrades, report development, customizations, etc. He is a problem solver, using his years of experience and technical knowledge to find creative CRM solutions. Duane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Technology, a Master’s of Science degree in Information System from DePaul University, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. As a Client Advisor, he is a CRM ambassador, working to make sure all customers are successful with their CRM implementations. He focuses on helping clients with the CRM strategies, initiatives, and, more recently, analytics and reporting, to get the most out of their solutions.
